I worked with Cameron O’Brian, who was outstanding from start to finish. The first X5 we drove didn’t feel like enough of an upgrade from my current vehicle, and I was close to leaving the dealership to explore other options. To be fair, that initial choice was largely the result of me not giving Cameron enough information about what I was looking for. He could tell from the drive that I wasn’t sold and took the opportunity to better understand what would genuinely excite me. We ultimately found an xDrive50e that retained the creature comforts I had grown accustomed to while adding features that felt like a meaningful step forward—including near hands-free highway driving, approximately 40 miles of electric range for getting around town, and impressive performance to match. It was exactly the upgrade I had been looking for. The MSRP was beyond my initial budget, but Cameron was able to secure a meaningful discount that made the purchase feel like an excellent value. I walked into the dealership as someone who had never imagined owning a BMW and, three hours later, left as an excited new BMW owner. The rest of the process was equally seamless. I picked up the car the following morning and was on my way before 11:00 AM. Jasmina Cardakovic, one of Tulley’s business managers, was absolutely delightful. She took the time to understand how long I planned to keep the X5, made thoughtful recommendations based on my needs, and clearly explained the other warranty and protection options available. Meeting with the business manager is usually my least favorite part of buying a car, as I often feel pressured into purchasing warranties or additional protection products that simply don’t make sense for me. My experience with Jasmina was completely different—I felt informed, comfortable, and never pressured. Lastly, BMW Genius Nathan Emerson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to get my new X5 set up perfectly to my preferences before I left. I recently purchased my second new BMW. My salesperson was Mason Wiggins. I have to give him a huge shoutout as at only 20 years old, I found him the most informative, professional, and honest salesman I’ve ever met. There was no pressure at all. Just genuine friendliness and professionalism. He took much time to explain all my options and all the details of my car. It was a great experience. I’m sure to send my friends and family in the future.

I had a great experience working with Bob and Kevin in finance. Seth. Liam, Jordan and Slava are great sales guy I have worked with before. I appreciate all of every one’s hard work to get me into a vehicle.

Although I did not end up buying a car from them I would definitely come back again. They have great selection and the sale guy mason has great communication skills and always updating me. They don’t bargain much but they did great on my trade ins. For me communication is key and he follows up after and a week later. So much better than shrewsbury one who are terrible at communication at every level.

After instantly regretting another Mercedes-Benz purchase, I was worried that I would lose my shirt on a trade-in… but that was not the case at Tulley! I was extremely happy with the overall sales and trade value process.. I’ve serviced many of my past BMWs at Tulley, but I’ve never worked with the sales team before. The sales manager, Chris was fantastic to work with, Noah, Alexis, and Derrik in sales and Jasmina in the business office were all incredibly kind and extremely easy to work with. Happy with customer service provided by Jasmina and Cam. I was not happy with two matters: (1) the car on the day of pickup was not clean to my satisfaction: water spots on door sills (with dirt in the water), dusty interior; and (2) the staff member who walked through the vehicle settings with me had applied hand lotion to their hands prior to entering the vehicle and proceeded to put oily fingerprints on the screen and center console buttons. I mentioned this latter issue to this staff member - they didn't seem to care all that much.

Cannot thank the staff at Tulley BMW, especially Gloria, Val, and Kevin. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the car buy experience the best ive had. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future and couldnt recommend them any higher for others looking to buy a vehicle!

This was my first time working with Tulley, and I had an amazing experience. This past week, we had one of the most satisfying and pressure free buying experiences we have every encountered in our 50 years of buying cars. My wife was in the market for a new BMW 3-series and we wanted a very specific set of equipment packages that are difficult to find on the 3-series. We knew that Tulley BMW of Nashua had one of, if not the largest, BMW inventories in New England, so we dropped in without an appointment. Mason Wiggins, BMW Client Advisor, met us at the front door, listened to our requirements and showed us few vehicles in inventory that each met part of our requirements but not all. Mason then pulled in his Sales Manger, Seth Bridge, and he located the exact car we wanted in factory inventory. We negotiated price and then worked with Jasmina Cardakovic, Business Manager, to finalize sale formalities and the car was delivered to the dealership in three days. Chris Cruz, BMW Genius, worked with us to transfer our preferences electronically from the BMW we traded it. We truly felt that Mason wanted us to get the car we wanted and the Tulley team stepped in to support him and make that happen. No doubt they have our future business.

Communication was easy and quick even before we stepped foot in the dealership, and once we got there we were immediately greeted and taken care of. We worked with Mason, our direct salesman, Seth, the sales manager, and Kyle, in finance, and it was seamless. Everyone was so friendly and kind and we never felt like we were being pushed or “sold to.” We voiced our concerns and our budget boundaries and they were happy to help us reach our goal. If I could give Tulley BMW 10 stars, I would. I have been in the Volkswagen family of vehicles for just about 15 years now and was in the market for a higher end compact SUV. I went to Autofair VW in Nashua and Audi of Nashua, then decided to check out the BMW X1. Not only did I fall in love with the car, the buying experience at Tulley BMW was like no other I have experienced in my 30+ years of buying cars. I just bought my first BMW (X5). We've purchased many new vehicles over the years but Tulley BMW provided a level of professionalism and efficiency that I've not experienced before. Right from the start our client adviser John Diburro impressed us with his BMW knowledge, professional demeanor and his genuine interest in our satisfaction. His hard work resulted in a much better deal than I was expecting. When does that ever happen? This team worked seamlessly between the functions, meeting Val, the General Sales Manager, then Kyle to review any optional warranty extensions and final paperwork to sitting with David, one of the resident BMW geniuses in our new X5 to cover initial setup, phone pairing and the important features to start you off safely and confidently. We were never rushed, always offered water or anything they could do, and felt comfortable the entire time. Not that I want to meet "service" before my first oil change but if the inside works as well as the outside, we have a winner. I actually look forward to returning as an owner and not just a browser. It was certainly an unexpected delight to have such a positive experience.
