I recently purchased my second new BMW. My salesperson was Mason Wiggins. I have to give him a huge shoutout as at only 20 years old, I found him the most informative, professional, and honest salesman I’ve ever met. There was no pressure at all. Although I did not end up buying a car from them I would definitely come back again. They have great selection and the sale guy mason has great communication skills and always updating me. They don’t bargain much but they did great on my trade ins. For me communication is key and he follows up after and a week later. So much better than shrewsbury one who are terrible at communication at every level.

Happy with customer service provided by Jasmina and Cam. I was not happy with two matters: (1) the car on the day of pickup was not clean to my satisfaction: water spots on door sills (with dirt in the water), dusty interior; and (2) the staff member who walked through the vehicle settings with me had applied hand lotion to their hands prior to entering the vehicle and proceeded to put oily fingerprints on the screen and center console buttons. I mentioned this latter issue to this staff member - they didn't seem to care all that much.

Communication was easy and quick even before we stepped foot in the dealership, and once we got there we were immediately greeted and taken care of. If I could give Tulley BMW 10 stars, I would. I have been in the Volkswagen family of vehicles for just about 15 years now and was in the market for a higher end compact SUV. I just bought my first BMW (X5). We've purchased many new vehicles over the years but Tulley BMW provided a level of professionalism and efficiency that I've not experienced before. Right from the start our client adviser John Diburro impressed us with his BMW knowledge, professional demeanor and his genuine interest in our satisfaction. His hard work resulted in a much better deal than I was expecting. When does that ever happen? This team worked seamlessly between the functions, meeting Val, the General Sales Manager, then Kyle to review any optional warranty extensions and final paperwork to sitting with David, one of the resident BMW geniuses in our new X5 to cover initial setup, phone pairing and the important features to start you off safely and confidently. We were never rushed, always offered water or anything they could do, and felt comfortable the entire time. Not that I want to meet "service" before my first oil change but if the inside works as well as the outside, we have a winner. I actually look forward to returning as an owner and not just a browser. It was certainly an unexpected delight to have such a positive experience.

Everyone involved kept true to their word from start to finish and actually went above and beyond to facilitate the sale and registration of my lease. Starting with my sales rep (Chris Cruz) who is one of the nicest and respectful people you will ever meet, but he is also a "car guy" that is highly knowledgeable of the full range of European cars and beyond. Chris answered all of my questions in detail but also provided insight on many of the features and functions that I needed to understand better. As we dived into the sales negotiation process, this was also a very good experience as Chris genuinely worked with me to get the best possible deal. As I did my homework previously, I had a price tag in mind for a new (and specific) M440i and so working with Chris and then also his sales manager (Val), who was also a pleasure to meet, Val demonstrated that he wanted to earn my customer loyalty by approving the deal I was seeking. And that was that. Once ordered, Chris ensured to keep me informed of the new car build status over the next few months and that was much appreciated. The car arrived as ordered and is absolutely exceptional and fun to drive. I look forward to experiencing the Tulley service department in the future and would expect that they are as committed to a great customer experience as well. Just lots of laughs. He was very knowledgeable about BMW’s. He was factual and sincere. Of course he drives one himself. I currently drive a Lexus that will go to my 16 year old son. I didn’t need to test drive another Lexus because I know what an amazing car it is. I drove a Mercedes Benz around the block, got out and shook the gentleman’s hand. I immediately knew it wasn’t for me. I was then going to Infinity, Genesis, and Land Rover. I’ve already had an Audi A4 and A6 and really wanted something different. I knew in my heart of hearts exactly what I wanted. It was a BMW X2 white on white. Derrik found it and made it happen. We shook on it and I picked her up later that day. From Val, to Nick, to Angel, I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. I honestly feel they gave me the best deal they could, they respected me and my choices and decisions. They were knowledgeable (especially Angel) he’s a genius wizard who showed me all the car can do. It’s a lot of car… We all had so many laughs and I couldn’t have been in better hands. I highly recommend going to Tulley BMW and asking for the same group of people I did. Truly the BEST!

Can't say enough good things about Tulley. Our salesperson Liam took care of us while we were trading in 2 cars and getting two new BMWs. We were back and forth over a two-week period. Liam was patient, no high-pressure sales, and if we said no to something it wasn't an issue. If you are looking for a BMW Tulley is the place and Liam is your salesperson.

I recently purchased a 2026 BMW X1 from Joe MacIntosh at Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked through the door, Joe greeted me and guided me through every step of the process, including a thorough test drive. Once I decided the X1 was the right vehicle for me, Kevin Hine, Business Manager, made the financing and paperwork process straightforward and efficient. Before I drove away, Angel Cruz, BMW Genius, took the time to help me get comfortable with the vehicle’s features and ensured everything was set up properly. From start to finish, the entire process took approximately four hours, and I drove home the very same day in a beautiful new car. I truly appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service provided by the entire team at Tulley BMW.

Process was straightforward. Cameron was our sale rep, he listened to what we wants and recommended a good compromise. It was a long day but that was bc they didn’t have enough finance managers to close out the sale.

Just had an amazing experience with BMW Tulley in Nashua NH. I went with a 2026 X3 and I’m absolutely in love with it. My sales rep Derrik couldn’t have made the experience better for me. He made the decision incredibly easy for me as a first time buyer, pairing me with the perfect car and checking all the boxes when it came to my preferences. Val and Seth were also key to such an amazing experience. Again, as a first time buyer and being 21, they helped make the finance portion of things smooth sailing and were so kind and helpful throughout - answering all of my questions and giving me a more than reasonable trade on the car I traded in. Couldn’t recommend this dealership and brand more - definitely ask for Derrik as your sales person!!!

Between the sales process and post-sale service, if you're in the market for a new or used BMW, I highly recommend you check them out.
