I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership, and especially my sales professional Joe MacIntosh. Everytime I visit the dealership, no matter what he has going on, Joe takes the time to say hello and help me with anything I may need.If I have a service appointment scheduled Joe makes sure to call my cell just in case I had any remaining questions, and to see if there is anything he can do to make my live easier. What makes it that much more impressive to me is that I have only purchased 1 vehicle (so far) from Joe yet he treats me as if I have been a lifelong customer of his. I believe customer service is a lost art in today's market and I hold over the top professional treatment such as this in high regard. There is no way I would ever buy a BMW anywhere else. Even if I found a car I liked much better, it still might not be enough to keep me from buying from Joe at Tulley.

Chris, our BMW Genius was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, inside and out. Our Client Adviser, Joe, exemplifies the skill-set needed to create a lasting partnership between a dealer and customer - professional and diligent. Lastly, Amanda, the dealer's Business Manager was the bridge to getting a deal finalized - patient with incredible presentation skills; Amanda's ability to explain, in a simple, non-complex manner, truly helped us leave the dealership comfortable about all the programs and warranties available to a Tully customer. All the while this was going on, every single member of the Tully staff acknowledged us with a smile and/or hello. To take this one step further, Val, Tully's General Sales Manager took time, on multiple occasions, to show my entire family incredible attention - BMW hats, bears, and model cars surely put a smile on their faces and kept them all occupied throughout the entire sales process. When we were doing test drives, she was very detail of explanation to each vehicle features. She helped me to finalize the deal with the manager. I highly recommend Tulley. I have purchased several vehicles over the years with Jay. He is always very responsive and attentive and never wastes my time. The whole team before and during the sale and the service center after the sale has always been great.

Wendy was extremely helpful throughout the leasing process and continued to follow up after delivery to see how I was enjoying the car. I special ordered a model with a 6-8 week lead time and was updated on the order status every step of the way. Everyone else at Tulley was a pleasure to work with, including Richard Jenkins who spent extra time at delivery going over ConnectedDrive features and getting it setup. Great experience overall, I would highly recommend Wendy and the rest of the team at Tulley if you are in the market...
Everyone there is friendly and helpful. We keep coming back for another x3 because they are so much fun to drive and Tulley’s has taken good care of us. Jay was very helpful and answered all my questions. As a team they make it an enjoyable experience.
