Great experience at Tulley BMW. Drove over an hour from Massachusetts to look at a car. Everyone involved kept true to their word from start to finish and actually went above and beyond to facilitate the sale and registration of my lease. The entire process was friendly, accommodating, and professional. I've had some nightmare experiences with dealerships and this was the complete opposite. Seth Bridge, the sales manager, was great. Joe Macintosh, the client advisor, was very accommodating and genuine. Kevin Hine, the business manager, was professional, straight forward and honest. Lastly, Angel Cruz, Genius tech, went out his way (literally) to deliver plates and mats TO MY HOUSE in Massachusetts. My wife and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend you give them a shot. You won't be disappointed. This was a nerve-racking experience as it was my dream car and they did a great job easing us and providing top notch service.

Today I had an emergency with my BMW and I was absolutely panicked. Reina on the phone was incredibly professional, calm, and kind, and she quickly arranged both a tow and a courtesy vehicle to my location so I could still pick up my son on time. Earlier this year, I visited at least 3 BMW dealers when considering to purchase my next new BMW. The dealership I had gone to for years, primarily for regular maintenance, didn't show any level of customer loyalty during my talks with the sales team and so they proved to be non-competitive when it came to converging on a new car sale. My first visit with Tulley's BMW won me over immediately. Starting with my sales rep (Chris Cruz) who is one of the nicest and respectful people you will ever meet, but he is also a "car guy" that is highly knowledgeable of the full range of European cars and beyond. Chris answered all of my questions in detail but also provided insight on many of the features and functions that I needed to understand better. As we dived into the sales negotiation process, this was also a very good experience as Chris genuinely worked with me to get the best possible deal. As I did my homework previously, I had a price tag in mind for a new (and specific) M440i and so working with Chris and then also his sales manager (Val), who was also a pleasure to meet, Val demonstrated that he wanted to earn my customer loyalty by approving the deal I was seeking. And that was that. Once ordered, Chris ensured to keep me informed of the new car build status over the next few months and that was much appreciated. The car arrived as ordered and is absolutely exceptional and fun to drive. I look forward to experiencing the Tulley service department in the future and would expect that they are as committed to a great customer experience as well. I highly recommend Tulley BMW for anyone looking for their next BMW and I would ask for Chris Cruz when you get there. This family dealership is very large and so very likely why they can be more competitive on pricing that most of the smaller ones.

Tully BMW was a great experience - Jim and Chris made the whole car-buying process incredibly seamless. After contacting other BMW dealerships throughout New York, I was repeatedly told that there was no inventory available for a new M5 and that I would have to place an order and wait approximately six months for the car to be built. Not only did Tulley have inventory available, but they also had several options for me to choose from, allowing me to find exactly what I wanted without the long wait. The staff made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. If you're in the market for a specialty BMW I highly recommend checking with Tulley BMW first. Their selection and outstanding customer service made this the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

Can't say enough good things about Tulley. Our salesperson Liam took care of us while we were trading in 2 cars and getting two new BMWs. We were back and forth over a two-week period. Derrick was able to assist me with this right away. I was aware of the cost of the license plate cover and even asked him to take my money to pay for the item. I live just north of Boston. There are other dealers closer, but the Nashua BMW dealer is a well run organization that was a pleasure doing business with. I worked with Chase Chapman, a young man who was helpful in my process. My goal in these transactions is a fair deal where both sides win, and we were able to get there with limited gamesmanship or posturing. I see an organization that works hard to earn business, which may be different for dealers with a more central location. The acquisition process and handoff were smooth, and despite this dealer being a bit out of the way for me, I will definitely come here first for my next transaction.

I have bought around 10 BMWs from Herb Chambers in Boston over the last 20 years and after some sales staff turnover I felt like the level of service dropped off significantly. A friend hooked me up with Bob Marcoux and Jasmina Cardakovic at Tulley Nashua and the service had been excellent. In the last three weeks I purchased a slightly used 2025 x3 with 3k miles and today they delivered a new 2026 X5 to my doorstep (and took care of all the admin w the RMV). Bob and Jasmina went above and beyond to get me the cars I wanted at a very good price, and I also appreciate their transparency throughout the process. Everything was super easy and they are definitely my go-to for my future BMW purchases. (Also shoutout to Nate their resident genius for setting up everything on the cars for my wife and me)

I recently purchased a 2026 X5 from Tulley BMW. It was honestly the most enjoyable experience I had buying a new car. Mason Wiggins, sales associate, and Reid Tulley, sales manager, were both very professional, patient, and respectful. They provided me with multiple options and took the extra time to find me the right vehicle. Mason and Reid were exceptional! Traveling the 90 minutes to Tulley BMW was definitely worth the trip.
