Kelley Blue Book Honors BMW With 2012 Brand Image Award

Tulley BMW, conveniently located at 147 Daniel Webster Hwy Nashua, NH, has always been privy to the aggressive-yet-elegant style that's found in every new BMW. But, we also know that we can only spread the word so far. In order to truly reach the masses, BMW needs a little help from some heavy-hitting third parties in the automotive industry, and that's just what kind of help they've been given from Kelley Blue Book.
Specifically, the automotive vehicle valuation company gives out its "Brand Image Awards" each year to a wide range of automakers. The award segments are split between luxury and non-luxury brands. The reason for this? while stale, safe, and all around uninspired automakers tend to take home repeat wins year after year in the non-luxury segment, the luxury categories tend to feature neck-and-neck competition that force true innovations and edgier looks than ever before. And this year, BMW managed to take home the "Best Exterior Design Brand - Luxury" award.
As for which vehicle BMW owes this honor too? That would be all of them. In honoring BMW with the award, the editors at Kelley Blue Book note, "From the athletic stance of the entry-level 1 Series to the long - and long-on-elegance - 7 Series executive class, BMW has a knack for expressing its cars' inner power and prestige to their exterior sheet metal."1 Kbb.com editors went on to say that the BMW design philosophy has been rounded out quite well by the recent changes made to models like the compact BMW X3 and mid-size BMW X6 crossovers too.
